This 51 year old woman from Dothan, Alabama had a large amount of redundant abdominal skin, stretch marks, fat deposits on the hips, and abdominal muscle separation. She underwent a tummy tuck, also known as abdominoplasty, with liposuction of the flanks and hips. As part of the tummy tuck, the abdominal muscle separation was repaired with internal sutures (rectus diastiasis repair).
