This 42 year old woman from Destin, Florida underwent a breast augmentation with smooth round silicone breast implants. She initially presented with small, somewhat deflated breasts, desiring a more full, perky appearance. The implants were placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision, in the fold under the breast. She had an excellent result after surgery, with much more full, proportional, perky breasts.
