This 36 year old woman from Dothan, Alabama presented after having had a breast augmentation years prior, with breast asymmetry (right larger than left) and drooping (also known as ptosis). She wanted the asymmetry and droopiness corrected, and wanted her breasts to be slightly smaller in size. She underwent breast implant exchange with placement of slightly smaller silicone implants, and a lift (also known as mastopexy).
