44 year old woman from Montgomery, Alabama has implant removal with lift

This 44 year old woman from Montgomery, Alabama had a breast implant removal with lift. Several years prior, she had an augmentation with lift, aka aug-mastopexy, with saline implants, by another surgeon. Over time, she developed recurrent drooping of her breasts over the implants, also known as a waterfall deformity. She then experienced deflation of the right breast implant, shortly after which she presented to our office. She wanted the implants removed without replacement, along with a lift (aka mastopexy) to improve the shape of her breasts and correct the droopiness. After removal of the implants with lift, she has an excellent result, with nicely-shaped, perky breasts that are still well-proportioned with the rest of her body.
