53 year old woman from Dothan, Alabama has Breast Reconstruction

This 53 year old woman from Dothan, Alabama underwent breast reconstruction with latissimus dorsi flaps and silicone implants. She first underwent bilateral mastectomies for breast cancer. Her reconstruction was done with bilateral latissimus dorsi flaps and tissue expanders. After appropriate expansion, the tissue expanders were exchanged for silicone breast implants. She then underwent nipple reconstruction followed by nipple/areolar tattooing. She has completed the breast reconstruction process and has an excellent result.
