66 year old woman from Montgomery, Alabama has breast reduction and breast lift

This 66 year old woman from Montgomery, Alabama underwent a right breast reduction and left breast lift (aka mastopexy) for breast asymmetry. She previously had left breast cancer which was treated with lumpectomy and radiation therapy. This resulted in the left breast being much smaller than the right breast. Her right breast was also very droopy. These differences led to difficulties finding bras and clothing that fit correctly. She underwent a right breast reduction in order to match its size more closely to the left, and a lift, or mastopexy, on the left to reduce the size of the areola and reposition the nipple so that they more closely matched the right side after the reduction. After surgery, she has an excellent result, with much improved symmetry and no more trouble finding properly-fitting bras and clothes.
