51 year old woman from Dothan, Alabama has facelift, necklift and blepharoplasty

This 51 year old woman from Dothan, Alabama had a facelift, neck lift, upper/lower eyelid lift (aka blepharoplasty), and fat transfer to her face. Before surgery, she had pronounced descent of her cheeks and midface, leading to jowls and deep nasolabial folds and marionette lines around her mouth. She also had loss of cheek volume. She had a significant amount of sagging skin on her neck as well as platysmal banding.
