20 year old woman from Dothan, Alabama has rhinoplasty

This 20 year old woman from Dothan, Alabama underwent a rhinoplasty. She initially presented desiring correction of a prominent dorsal hump and a bulbous, drooping tip. She also had some breathing difficulty through both nostrils. Her rhinoplasty consisted of dorsal hump reduction, tip elevation and refinement, a columellar strut graft to support the tip, and bilateral spreader grafts to widen her airway for better airflow. After surgery, she had a wonderful result, with a flat nasal dorsum, elevated and refined tip, and excellent proportion of her nose with the rest of her face. She also had much improved nasal airflow.
