40 year old woman has labiaplasty

This 40 year old woman had enlarged inner labia, causing discomfort when exercising and during sexual intercourse. She was also not pleased with the appearance. She underwent labiaplasty, during which the redundant portion of the inner labia was removed, resulting in relief of her symptoms and a normal appearance.
